Student exhibitions

Their work, on a wall, with their name next to it.

Our students have shown work in public galleries, restaurants and our own studio. A confidence shift happens when a mini-artist makes art for public view. It transforms how they view their abilities and their creative voice in the world.

Where the next one lands

We are working on where the next one lands. Exhibitions come out of term classes, so the students in the room when we lock it in are the students whose work goes up. Join the newsletter and you will know before we announce it.

Rainbow Reef

Two weeks in our white studio. Students invited family and friends from as far away as Melbourne to come and see their work. Acrylic painting, watercolour, clay sculpture and our recycled art module, all in one room.

Ninety student works hung along the gallery wall Animation frames drawn by students, hung in a grid

Robina Art Gallery

Kids came from across the Gold Coast to be part of a mass stop-frame animation. Ninety students made their own animated film during term classes, and then we handed the gallery visitors a frame each. A hundred and forty-nine people jumped in and helped build the cartwheel movie.

Student self-portraits framed and hung at the Currumbin RSL

Currumbin RSL Self Portraits

In 2021 students showed their self-portraits at the Currumbin RSL.
