BUTTERFLY BREATHING
bIf you’ve attended any of our Therapeutic Art Workshops, you may have practiced Butterfly breathing.
Butterfly breathing is a great way to calm ourselves when stressed, and take time out to process our emotions before responding to a situation!
We’ve created a handout to help you remember how to stop, breath and butterfly!
Do this activity 7 times in a row, anytime you are feeling you need a moment to calm or pause.
